Our Story

Hoult Homes is a family-run independent estate agency based in the beautiful village of Silverdale, nestled between coastline and woodlands.

The idea for Hoult Homes began on a sunny morning walk through Eaves Wood with my husband, three girls and our dog Millie. I wanted to bring together my love of countryside living and beautiful country homes to create an estate agency that reflects a genuine appreciation for the area and homes within it.

Having lived in my own countryside home in Silverdale for over 15 years, I now feel incredibly lucky to be raising my three daughters here as life comes full circle. Our knowledge also extends beyond Silverdale to the surrounding villages including Yealand where I went to primary school and the wider countryside we call home.
